Customers have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days for any reason and return the item to receive a refund. If the reason for return is not my error, postage will not be refunded.
I do my best to describe and photograph the products to enable you to make an informed choice.
If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, then please email me at Mariahickford@yahoo.com with the problem, and I will do my utmost to sort it out quickly and fairly.
Damage or breakages that occur after delivery are not my responsibility.
I will do my best to keep the site up to date and check that all the information is correct, but I am human and can make errors. Therefore we have the right to change details of the products, prices and postage costs, also to withdraw products or cancel a sale if we have made an error.
I reserve the right to cancel an order - if I cannot obtain authorisation for your payment or the product is out of stock.
I cannot take orders over the phone due to security reasons.
I have to inform you that I cannot guarantee the outcome of some of my products, that is down to you!
Delivery & Returns
I aim to send all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. As I have to go to the next village to post If there are likely to be any delays, I will email you. An email will be sent telling you when the order will be dispatched. PLEASE CHECK SPAM IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE.
Orders under 1 kg and classed as a Small Parcel or under by Royal Mail are usually sent by 1st Class Royal Mail. All other parcels will be sent 2nd Class,
All packages will have proof of postage. Some orders will have to be 'Recorded - Signed For', at our expense.
Postage is calculated by weight as you add to the basket.
Postage starts at £1.75
All UK orders over £50 are Free Delivery.
Unless the Item or Items are damaged on delivery, any returns are paid for by the Customer.
Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Shetlands may incur an extra charge, you will be contacted by Email.
